Founding
DesignEM Private Business Corporation was officially registered with the Companies & Intellectual Property Office of Zimbabwe (CIPZ) Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs on the 9th of June 2025 under Chapter 24:31 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe of the Companies and Other Business Entities (COBE) Act. Our Entity number is 1869B0262025. It was founded by Dr Eugene Tafadzwa Madzokere in November of the year 2024 in Harare, Zimbabwe.
